United Living Appoints New CEO to Spearhead Property Services Growth

United Living, a leading provider of quality homes and sustainable communities, has announced the appointment of Claire Kershaw as the new Chief Executive Officer for its Property Services division. This strategic move underscores the company's commitment to bolstering its position in the sector and delivering enhanced services to its clients.  

Claire Kershaw brings over 20 years of extensive experience within the social housing sector, encompassing property maintenance, refurbishment and regeneration. An accomplished leader, Claire has held significant leadership roles in prominent companies such as Mitie, Willmott Dixon and Kier. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded business strategy and successfully delivered impactful operational, customer experience, work-winning and procurement improvement programmes.

Vlad played a pivotal role in the growth and success of PiLON, a respected organisation acquired by United Living Group in 2024. Having grown PiLON from its inception, Vlad’s deep sector knowledge and proven track record are expected to significantly enhance United Living Property Services’ operational capabilities and support its continued growth trajectory.
