Environmental Policy Statement

Published: 23 October 2026

London Construction Magazine Limited is committed to managing and reducing the environmental impacts associated with its business activities and to continually improving its environmental performance as the organisation develops.

This Environmental Policy Statement sets out the company's environmental aims, the principal environmental aspects of its operations, the measures used to manage those impacts and its commitment to an ongoing programme of improvement.

1Company Information

London Construction Magazine Limited Trading as London Construction Magazine Company No. 15254163 Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom Website: www.constructionmagazine.uk

London Construction Magazine is an independent digital construction publication providing news, analysis, technical reporting and construction-market intelligence covering London and the wider United Kingdom.

The company's operations are predominantly digital and service-based. Its environmental impacts are therefore principally associated with energy use, digital infrastructure, information technology equipment, purchased goods and services, business travel and the management of electronic waste.

2Environmental Commitment

Our commitment

London Construction Magazine Limited is committed to preventing unnecessary environmental impact, using resources responsibly and continually improving the environmental performance of its operations.

The company recognises that even a predominantly digital business has an environmental footprint and that responsible environmental management requires ongoing consideration of energy, resources, travel, technology, waste and purchasing decisions.

Environmental considerations will therefore be incorporated into relevant operational decisions where reasonably practicable and proportionate to the nature and scale of the business.

3Environmental Aspects of Our Operations

LCM periodically considers the environmental aspects associated with its activities to identify where reasonable improvements can be made.

Direct operational considerations
  • Electricity and energy consumption
  • Computer and communications equipment

  • Use of paper and office materials
  • Electronic and general waste
Indirect considerations

  • Third-party service providers
  • Supply-chain environmental performance

The significance of each environmental aspect may change as the company grows, introduces new services or changes the way its operations are delivered.
