Portland House, a prominent landmark in central London, is undergoing a transformative refurbishment that promises to breathe new life into this iconic structure. Spearheaded by Landsec and executed by McLaren, with significant contributions from the Erith Group, this ambitious project is set to redefine the skyline and functionality of the 29-storey building.
The refurbishment, valued at £380 million, is not just a facelift but a comprehensive remodelling that will enhance both the aesthetic and operational aspects of Portland House. The project includes modernising the interior spaces to create over 60,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art office space across five floors. This upgrade is designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses, providing flexible, high-quality work environments that foster collaboration and innovation.

The developers are integrating eco-friendly measures such as electric vehicle charging points, secure cycle storage, and repair facilities.
